Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 3lb chicken breast
- Oil or Oil Spray

Marinade:
- 1.5 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 1.25 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 0.75 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
- A drop of fish sauce
Steps
- Rinse chicken breasts in water and pat dry with paper towerls.
- Cut into thickest part of each chicken breast to try to get even thickness for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade. Massage and mix the chicken to spread the marinade evenly. Then let it marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Place breasts in air fryer. Spread oil (or spray oil spray) on top surface for a nice crust.
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 380 degrees F. Flip in between.
